Quality Control and Standards

Quality Control and Standards are followed during the coating process from cleaning through coating and curing. Parts sent to EcoSurFin for processing are tracked by batch from delivery to despatch. On completion, parts are tested for adhesion, coating thickness, overall aesthetics and salt spray life. Any rejections, occurring before or after despatch to the customer, are checked and traced to determine the root cause. After which the rejected parts are re-worked at no cost to the customer. The company has had ISO certification for the past 4 years and is now in the process of undergoing certification for the IATF programme, with consultancy and instruction given by a qualified agent, followed by an audit and certification by an accredited organisation.
